Valdosta, GA – Friday, September 5^th was a busy day for BUF Athletics as our volleyball team was in South Carolina, and our cross-country team was in Georgia. The Eagles had four runners competing at Valdosta State. The two ladies ran a 5k. Makayla Price finished with a time of 31:26.6 and Kiarra Boyd a time of 33:55.4. The two men ran 7.25k. Gabe Pearson led the way, running his in 32:03.7, while CJ Cox finished with a time of 36:04.5.  Their next meet will be on September 12^th at the University of West Florida, where the men will run an 8k.  Each runner will look to improve on these early season times and qualify for nationals at the end of the season.
