The winner of Student Athlete of the Month is Caleigh Peddie. She leads the team in digs and service aces while also totaling 394.5 points and 343 kills, leading the team significantly in both categories. Her numbers also rank her among the leaders across all of NCCAA DII.

Peddie is the only player on the team to have started every game this season. She continues to break records from last season. In 3-set matches, last season's record for kills was 11. In 15 opportunities this season, Peddie has surpassed that mark 8 times (53%). In 4-set matches, the previous record was 19 kills. In 7 opportunities, she has broken that record twice (29%). In 5-set matches, the previous record was 20 kills. Peddie broke that record in the team's first 5-set match of the season, accomplishing it in 1 of her 2 opportunities (50%). In a 3-set match in September against TCJ she finished with a .706 kill percentage to set a BUF record and in 3-sets against Toccoa Falls she had 22 kills to double last season's record. 

Peddie's consistency and production have been a major part of the Lady Eagles' success this season, as she continues to make her mark in the record book while leading the team on the court.
