For the 1st time in school history, the Eagles are the No. 1 team in the NCCAA Division II coaches' poll. The Lady Eagles are on a roll, with 10 wins, an undefeated conference record (6-0), and starting the season undefeated at home (5-0).

The leader of the team, Caleigh Peddie, has also made school history. She became the first player in program history to win NCCAA Student Athlete of the Week award twice. She did more than that, winning the award for 3 straight weeks.

Head Coach Thais Franca has put together a unique roster featuring players from 3 different continents: North America, South America, and Europe. The team represents 5 countries: The United States, France, Brazil, Guatemala, and Venezuela. Four different languages are spoken among the team: English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

As a team, the Eagles lead NCCAA Division II in service aces, digs, blocks, assists, and total points. They also rank 2nd in total kills.

The Lady Eagles have continued to make history throughout the season, and their success reflects that. With an undefeated conference record and coaches' poll ranking, BUF has positioned itself for an exciting finish to the season. The Eagles will look to carry this momentum forward as they continue their pursuit of a regional championship and a postseason berth.
